At Casa di Livia the holiday is relaxation, joy and pleasure of being together.

"A Casa di Livia" is an apartment located just outside Marina di Campo, just enough to be able to feel immersed in nature and to be able to comfortably reach on foot all the services that the country offers: parking, supermarket, bars, restaurants and pizzerias , as well as the long sandy beach, equipped with factories but with large stretches also free, and finally the port from which it is possible to leave for excursions on board specialized and equipped boats. The house has large spaces, is about 120 square meters, portion of a semi-detached villa, recently renovated, arranged all on one floor, furnished in a sober and comfortable way; it can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 (+2) beds. It has a large garden equipped to allow you to rest and enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean scrub on your return from the beach or boat trip.
The holiday house is composed as follows: two double bedrooms, one of which with a cot for children with sides; a room with 2 bunk beds, very funny that the children particularly like because it allows them to sleep together chatting and playing as they wish; two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub); large recently renovated kitchen, equipped with gas oven, microwave, blender and dishwasher, obviously everything you need to cook with pans and pots of various sizes, cutlery, plates and glasses, cups for breakfast; large living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player.
The garden has an independent entrance, with double indoor and exclusive covered parking space, barbecue, twelve-seater table, chairs and deckchairs covered by a large pergot which shelters from the sun and allows you to eat and stay outside at any time of the day and in the evening. In the garden there is a shower served with hot water. In the apartment there is also a washing machine with ample space to hang out the beach towels of a large family.
The garden is completely fenced and this lends itself perfectly to welcoming animals, so let us know if you travel with your animal friends because they will be welcome.
