We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect to explore Elba. There is a supermarket nearby and the apartment is really nice and clean. Also perfect with two young children. Our host Stefano was absolutely the best! Super helpful. For our next accommodation we did not have a bed for our baby and we could borrow one from Stefano. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, just outside the main town in the area (Marina di campo). The rooms were excellent and there was a great amount of space outside. We went as a group of 8 and were very relaxed throughout our trip.

A good place to discover the island. Stefano is a great host, very attentive to your needs. the place has a very nice outdoor space that we used a lot!

A great choice for families on a budget.

This place is great value for money. It has a spacious outdoor eating area. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and very functional. The host is kind and helpful. It felt safe.

The bedroom was a bit hot but the host provided fans. The decor was a bit dated but we spent our day at the beach so it didn’t matter. With air conditioning it would have been even better.

Soggiorno perfetto per girare l’isola

Struttura ben allestita, pulitissima, posizione ottimale per girare l’isola in quanto centrale e comodissima a Procchio e Marina di Campo. Giardino curato nei minimi dettagli, possibilità di posteggio. Personale cordiale e gentile, possibilità di usufruire di un barbecue privato in giardino e di un servizio lavatrice. Comodissima e approvatissima!!!

Echec total, par chance nous avons trouvé un hôtel ce qui a sauvé notre séjour.

Nous avons immédiatement refusé l'appartement qui nous a été présenté !! J'ai apprécié la réaction rapide de Stefano, le manager qui nous a remboursé sans discuter.

Je pense qu'après 20 ans d'expériences avec Booking.com que la note réelle pour cet appartement est entre 5 et 6 (pas les 9,2 indiqué). On nous a attribué un appartement de 50 ans d'âge dans un état lamentable. Aucune photo sur le site de booking.com ne correspond à cet objet, même le no de l'adresse ne correspondait pas. Le propriétaire loue plusieurs appartement et probablement que les autres objets étaient plus sexy. Il faudrait donner une note pour chaque objet ! Je dispose de toutes les photos de cet appartement. Je ne vais pas les publier car Stefano a été très réactif.

Tutto perfetto

Siamo stato qui per circa una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha tutto quello che serve, è pulita e ordinata. C'è un bel patio fuori attrezzatoper potere mangiare fuori compreso di barbecue. Posizione strategica per raggiungere i posti e le spiagge più belle dell'isola. Host gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente

Una bella esperienza

Grande spazio all'esterno per cenare, fare colazione, rilassarsi. Dimensione stanze ottima, aria condizionata parcheggio interno. Situazione molto tranquilla. A circa 2 km dal.mare ma in posizione ottima per andare verso le altre attrazioni dell'isola. C'è anche una ciclabile di fianco alla casa per correre o andare in bici

A me niente, ma se si cerca una collocazione per raggiungere il mare a piedi, non è l'ideale

Ottimo soggiorno

Ci è piaciuto l'appartamento in generale sia come posizione che come servizi e l'ampio patio compreso di barbecue. Tranquillo e rilassante non trovandosi proprio al centro del paese ma comodo a ogni luogo dell'isola. Parcheggio comodo e proprietario gentilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente
