Near Airport -BGY BERGAMO AIRPORT STAY - Free WIFI

The apartment is very conveniently located close to the airport (10 minutes by car), which was a big advantage for us. There is also a public bus stop directly in front of the building, with convenient connections to the city centre. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for either a short or longer stay. The three beds were comfortable and well suited for our family: one large bed, one medium-sized bed, and one single bed.

What could be improved: - The online check-in process is quite lengthy and requires uploading several documents, including a photo of the guest holding their passport. We found this unnecessary and somewhat inconvenient for travellers, and we believe the process could be made simpler. - The bathroom could also be improved. There is no floor drain, so water from the shower can spread across the bathroom and make the floor quite messy. Providing a simple floor wiper/squeegee would make a big difference. - The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the heat. We visited during the summer when the weather was extremely hot and humid, and the heat was retained inside the apartment. There is a small fan in the smaller room, which helped circulate the air there, but it was not sufficient. Unfortunately, the larger bedroom had no fan at all. Three of us—two adults and one child—were sleeping in that room, and without any air circulation, the experience was quite uncomfortable. Adding another fan, particularly in the larger bedroom, would significantly improve the stay. Considering the summer temperatures, installing air conditioning would be an even better solution.

Locality and contact of owner and prompt responses

We arrived late but the location looked great from What we saw and easy to get to the airport. Perhaps some larger rugs on the floors in the bedroom as the floor can be slippy, no air con in the bedrooms so some portable fans would be good as they were very hot.

El aire acondicionado da a la habitación principal y si hay altas temperaturas puede dar un poco de calor en la segunda habitación aunque en nuestro caso, pudimos dormir bien. Aunque no necesitamos contactar con lavadora propiedad, las indicaciones fueron muy claras y contesta muy rápido a los mensajes. Para repetir sin duda. Muy recomendable
