Bagan Cozy Family Retreat 4BR 10 Pax

Good location. Easy access to the highway. Easy access to eateries.

The AI responding to queries were prompt but it takes away the human touch which is very important in Homestay business and hospitality. When I called the numbers provided as customer service contacts, he asked me to WhatsApp. That's not the way. What's the point of providing contact numbers when they don't speak to you ? The customer service didn't reply to my complaint about the toilet flush etc. There were not enough glasses for 10 pax. There were no tissues. Don't expect your guests to use toilet tissues for everything! I don't know about you. There were only one kitchen towels provided. How do you expect us to keep the place clean? Yet,we kept it clean for you. There were not enough plates as well for 10 pax. Please change all your plates and mugs. Get new mugs and plates. There was no hand wash liquid provided in the kitchen. How do you expect us to wash our hands?? There is a wiring problem with the electric gate. Each time we open it tripped the emergency switch . Please look into the above so that your future guests will have a better stay. Thanks
