Overall, it was a good, clean and spacious unit.
There are no spare keys provided in case of emergency. The room door got locked when we closed after turning on the aircond. This obviously wasn't expected. But was told that this has never happened before. The whole unit was just using remote control and autogate. It's quite unsafe when a spare key is not provided. Imagine a small kid is trapped in the room. Emergency can happen anytime. So, we've had to wait for someone to come and help us unlock the door as the host is located in Penang. This needs to be reviewed because its is dangerous in the event the fire or electricity shut down.

Environmental is good. Comfortable and convenience. New renovated with new stuffs provided.
The Whatsapp responds from owner looks like not enough friendly. You don't expect speed respond after you check out and request for deposit refund. It takes almost half day to receive. Compared to other homestays or hotel, they can do better for this.
