Clean, comfortable, and convenient location.

The parking rules were quite strict, and guests were required to follow the arrows to the designated parking lot.

Clean and spacious, a perfect unit for family.

My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and basketball court, which operate until nighttime! If you drive an EV, it's also very convenient as there is a fast-charging station only 50m away at the BMW showroom.

However, my parking lot is on Level 5 and the ramps/turns to each level are quite narrow, so you need good driving skills. The building has around 40 floors with only 4 lifts, meaning they get quite crowded and take a while to arrive (luckily we were on Level 10 so we could get out easily). Also, finding food nearby isn't very convenient.

The sea view was nice from the apartment. The beds were sufficient for everyone who stayed in the apartment.

The bedsheets were not clean. The bedsheets and blanket were messy in the cupboard. The house bathrooms was not that clean well. There were some little cockroaches in the kitchen nearby the microwave. The plates and bowls provided by the host was not microwavable material to reheat the food. They could have clean the balcony and the chair removed from it. The lift can be slow and longer waiting time if peak hours.
