We had a wonderful stay at De Luma-Metropol. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the beautiful balcony view made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was excellent value for money

The apartment was comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. DeLuma staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

1. Staff was responsive & prompt response

1. The key code given to us sharp by 3pm. We dont have buffer to acknowledged the complicatence of finding the it. Only able to check in by 3.20pm.
2. The room was not properly clean
- The toilet floor still wet the earlier we checked in.
- The kitchen sink is not clean enuf
3. The cooking equipment not complete.
- Cutleries not enuf for 5 pax.
- No extra dustbin bag.
- The cooking stove given both broke, we had to use microwave to even cook maggie.
- Kitchen utensils not complete - even less
4. Many household items are damaged
- Toilet bowl pipe leaking
- Living hall bulbs gone
5. THERE WERE CHARLIE INSIDE THE HOUSE
(this is not a house we booked but were told to move due to Bed Bugs in the house. Turnout, given house also have insect).
