The staff were responsive and polite throughout our stay. There was a power outage that occured only in our unit and they acted promptly, coordinated with TNB and arranged for us to move to another unit while the issue was resolved. The replacement unit was clean and comfortable.

The stay was affected by a series of issues from the moment we checked in. Upon entering the original unit, there was a strong musty smell and the cleanliness was disappointing. One of the toilet bowls still contained human faeces, which was unacceptable. Later that day, the unit experienced a complete power outage and our family had to pack up and move to another apartment. Although the replacement unit was clean and comfortable, we were asked to move back to the original unit once the power was restored, meaning we had to relocate twice during a short stay. After moving back, the shower head in one toilet detached during normal use while showering and the main door handle repeatedly came loose and came off. We also could not use the complimentary parking because our van was unable to fit in the allocated lot, resulting in additional parking charges. The staff were responsive and did their best to resolve each issue as it arose, but what disappointed us most was that there was no acknowledgement of the overall impact these repeated issues had on our stay or any goodwill gesture from management. It felt like each problem was dealt with individually, rather than recognising the cumulative inconvenience experienced by our family.
