Second time back with Novotel. Comfortable stay. Tv suddenly no display at night, called front desk and maintenance guy was up within the next 10 mins. Very fast service. Staff are also very friendly, always greeting with smiles. Will definitely be back again.

This marks my third visit to the Novotel in Johor Bahru. Its convenient location for dining and shopping is, as always, excellent. However, I encountered an issue with the television in my room; it was not functioning properly, and I believe the channels were not accessible. I brought this to the attention of the staff upon my departure, and I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken. My desire is for the Novotel Johor Bahru to maintain its high standards and not resemble a budget hotel. I trust that the quality and standards will be upheld. I anticipate returning in November.

Novotel Suites is a nice, clean and beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, it is quite expensive. One thing to note is that Grab drivers don’t go directly to the hotel lobby, so you’ll need to walk to the mall side for pickup.
