Everything is perfect with this hotel. The only drawback will be pricing on the higher side.

Booked a weekend staycation with my family. Very good location across KSL. Staffs at food exchange provided very good service and very friendly

Overall a pleasure stay except for the cleanliness portion. The floor seems not properly cleaned as we could see dust and small bits of tissue paper which were left over by previous guests. Pillows were too soft and u comfortable. The TV remote control is not user friendly as difficult to get the correct channels and volume. Central Aircon system settee on a 25 degrees was not cool enough when our room faced the afternoon sun. Can be better as I feedback here.
