Is was a last minute booking after shopping and food in KSL. The hotel is very new and clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful as sharing nearby eatery to me. Price is reasonable with great location, will definitely be back again.

The service was mediocre . We displayed pls clean the room and the staff didn't do so.
There was blackout on day one at 16 Oct but they were not prompt to go to each room to restart the switch.
The request for room was unlocked city view but my room was blocked by the condo in front
Disappointing standard given the price is not low

Room is small but comfortable
Water flow is slow but never expect the pipe to be choked and poos flow out from the floor outlet all over at the toilet n we need to change room at 3am
No mineral water, but to fill the water from basin water filter. Hmm if water flow is slow n poo can flow from choked pipe makes me wonder if filter water is ok to drink
Will never stay this hotel next time
