    Our stay at Novotel has been wonderful. Very clean and location is easy access to shopping, restaurant and amenities are sufficient. The staff are helpful n polite. Especially Dean excellent service, helpful n friendly. From room 2401, 3311, 1910.

    Stayed 1 night, bed was comfortable. They provide 2 pillows and there's extra 2 more on the rack. Bed linen has stains, so is one of the towel. Have a few USB port for charging in case forgot to bring power plug. Toiletries and amenities provided. Filtered water tap in toilet, so no bottled water. Many small drain flies flying around in the room. Killed 2 during our stay cos they are annoying. Chose to stay here because is new hotel. Not a cheap stay. Overall still acceptable, will consider staying here again if no there better choices.
