We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at Space Residency and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom unit. Our travelling companion was thrilled to have her own room and bed. This was our second stay, and after a less-than-smooth experience with another agent previously, booking through Avery made all the difference. Check-in and check-out at Level 2 were quick and seamless. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful earplugs, which helped block out the early-morning prayers, and the firm bed, which suited our preference perfectly. Another feature we really liked was the service yard. It was very convenient for drying our clothes overnight, with the warmth from the air-conditioning condensers helping them dry by the next morning. Thank you for the thoughtful hospitality and smooth stay. Keep up the good work—we will be back!

One area that could be improved is the ventilation. Most of the windows are sealed, while the living-room windows can only be opened slightly. Before leaving the unit, we kept the living-room windows and service-yard door open to allow some air circulation. Over time, the lack of ventilation may cause the unit to develop a stale smell, especially in the toilets, which do not appear to have exhaust fans. It may also be worth reviewing the carpet’s condition and replacing or removing it when necessary for hygiene purposes.
