    I've stayed at KOHO Hotel about 6 or 7 times now, and I keep coming back because I've always had a great experience. The rooms are always extremely clean, and the bedsheets and pillows smell fresh and pleasant, making my stay very comfortable. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. During my recent stay, I booked a smoking room through Agoda, but when I arrived, I was given a non-smoking room instead. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and quickly arranged for me to change to a smoking room with a window. I really appreciated his excellent service. One thing I really like about KOHO Hotel is that they offer smoking rooms, which is a great option for smokers. The location is also convenient, with plenty of good food nearby. I highly recommend Kemunting Thai Seafood and Rumah Singgah Roti, both just a short distance from the hotel and offering a wide variety of delicious food. The only suggestion I have is to consider installing a power socket beside the bedside table for guests to charge their phones and other devices. At the moment, there is only one power socket in the room, which is mainly used for the electric kettle. An additional socket near the bed would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, KOHO Hotel never disappoints. The cleanliness, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location are the reasons I keep coming back. This is already my 6th or 7th stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

    Facilities seem old despite listed as recently renovated. Flooring seems dirty and no bedroom slippers provided hence feel comfortable walking around the room. Shower water temperature is difficult to control, it went super hot and then cold the next moment. Ok place for an overnight stay but not very much desired for the room rate paid.
