1. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM. 2. The room only provides body soap—no toothbrush or toothpaste. 3. Soundproofing is poor, so noise can be an issue if there are families with young children nearby. 4. I was informed that the gym would be open, but upon arrival, both the gym and swimming pool were under maintenance, which was quite disappointing.
Areas for Improvement 1. The booking process is inconvenient. Even when booking through Booking.com, payment cannot be made directly and requires a bank transfer before confirmation. 2. A RM100 deposit is required. If paid via bank transfer, you’ll need to complete a form to get the refund, so paying by cash is more straightforward. Overall, the experience feels quite troublesome, and I would only consider booking again if the price is very attractive.
