The bedrooms consist of one ground-floor double, one super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, and four super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), serviced by a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a garden with decking, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rocklands is a spacious base for exploring the Lake District and nearby Yorkshire Dales. There is a good house keeping bond of 600 GBP
