الطاقم مهذب جدا خاصه في الرسيبشن والانيميشن كويس والمكان مريح ونظيف كان ينقصه بعض الاشياء مثل شاور جيل وفوط ومياه ولكن طلبتها
البيسين نظيف والمكان بيتم تجديده و التكييف يعمل بكفاءة ويتم تغييير مفارش الاسره يوميا
والعاملين متعاونين والبوفيه جيد ومساحه الغرف رائع وتحتوي علي ثلاجه كبيره وليس ميني بار كمعظم الفنادق حتي ال five stars وانا حاليا أقوم بالحجز مره اخري بمده ايام اطول

The staff was great and the location was perfect
The tv didn't work, then the staff member came to fix it put did not replace the battery so it stop working again, then I has to use the air conditioner batteries pit they were old too..Just replace the batteries.

çalışanlar güleryüzlü istediginiz makul şeyleri yapmaya çalışıyorlar ama bazen tekrar tekrar söylemeniz ve hatırlatmanız gerekiyor.Animasyon vardı nerdeyse hergün,dansöz vardı ,eğlenceler iyidi.Gündüz yoga yapabiliyorsunuz animatörlerle beraber havuz kenarında.Kahvaltı menüsü gayet zengin içerikli bir açık büfe.
İlk otele girdigimizde yastıklar ve yorganlarda sarı lekeler ve kötü kokular vardı sanki oda temizlenmemiş gibiydi .Ama sonra söyledigimizde temizi ile degistirdiler iki odadaki çarşaf ve yastıkları.Her gün temizliğe geldiler
