-Quick check in.
-Most of the stuff are welcoming.
-Room size was really exceptional & clean.
-Shaded car parking.
-Room service quick response.
-Kids Area
-The calm pool.
-Coral beache.
-Food was just ok.
-Fruits are very dry and tasteless.
-Pool size.
-No fresh juice! Only instant juice with no sugar.
-Few of the restaurant stuff are looking for tips.
BAD SITUATION AT THE CHECK OUT

Last day i lost towel card in the hotel & the receptionist told me i have to pay 10 USD.
After deducting 510 Egp (10 USD) i noticed on the back of the card it's 300 Egp for Egyptians!
So i asked him why you deducted 510 despite it's 300 Egp for Egyptians?!
He answered oh really! .. i don't know .. let me check!!!!
After checking he apologized and said yes sir it's 300Egp (not 510)

The staff were amazing. Anything you need they are happy to help.
The food on buffet wasn’t always the best.
Rooms are quite dated and not in the best condition.
A lot of mosquitos.
