The hospitality is amazing, i would like to thank Mr/Mohamed at the reception for his polite attitude, and professionalism. also his teammate at the afternoon shift I didn’t focus on his name but they were well educated guys.
I was disappointed by the inconsistency in service. The room service experience was not up to the expected standard, and it felt like guests were being treated differently. Hospitality should be based on equal respect and attention for all guests, regardless of who they are. The staff would benefit from additional training to ensure every guest receives the same level of professionalism, courtesy, and service throughout their stay.

The rooms are big. The hotel is close to nice area. The staff at reception was very kind and helpful.The breakfast was good.
in general everything was ok, just croissants at breakfast were not good.
