The location was good. Breakfast was good with several items to choose from. The dinner was great. The staff were very helpful. The free shuttle bus to the beach in the morning.

The TV in the room did not work properly due to signal and old TV.

The location is exceptional!! Located on an elevated area giving fantastic views over the mountains and the sea as well as the old market. Also, walking distance to the old market. Excellent facilities including two pools with water slides, open air gym, and café serving food and drinks. I’ll also highlight the exceptional help I received from the staff particularly Abdullah Tal’at and Sayed at the reception. They helped with every request including arranging transportation and activities throughout my stay, big thank you to them.

It is clear that the place has potential to be better in terms of maintenance. There were some issues with the plumbing (shower head and an open drainage hole). Also, the main restaurant could benefit from some investment to improve the quality and variety of the food they serve.

Proximity to main attractions

Rooms were dirty, no towels, toilet seats were broken and smells bad. Breakfast buffet had limited variety and repeated every morning
