The staff were fantastic. Bassem is the man. Was given a massive room upgrade for free. Will be coming back next time I’m in Sharm.

On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent. It offers a beautiful sea view, a peaceful atmosphere, and easy access to one of the best snorkeling and diving spots in Sharks Bay. The natural surroundings are truly stunning. With significant improvements in service quality, cleanliness, and guest experience, this hotel has the potential to become an outstanding destination. ه

Unfortunately, my stay at Sharks Bay Oasis did not meet my expectations. My experience started poorly because my room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait about 90 minutes, and after repeatedly following up with the reception staff, I eventually accompanied the housekeeping team to the room and waited while they finished cleaning it before I could check in. The reception area also needs better cleanliness and organization. During my stay, I witnessed several arguments between reception staff and guests, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere. Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service phone. Guests have to contact room service using a mobile phone, and Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices, and the restaurant itself could benefit from improvements in furniture, layout, and overall presentation. On the positive side, the hotel's location in Sharks Bay is excellent, and the sea view is beautiful. I hope the management focuses on improving service quality because the hotel has a fantastic location that deserves a much better guest experience.
