Everything was great. Staff, food, excursions and the price you pay is fair. The diving center in particular is great, the sea excursions are beautiful, a special remark for Bessem one of the tour guides, so kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, it has a 2 km beach with coral reefs. I definitely recommend it

Clean, spacious, comfortable and luxurious in the lower to mid tier range. Brilliant for the cost. The security is next level and the overall customer service and treatment of tourists is a strong 9/10.
The tuff tuff drivers were quite angry people. They expected tourists to “know where to go” which is not fair.

The hotel is huge enough . The reception staff is very kind& helpful .
They upgraded my room to better room for free .
There is a lot of activities &concerts everyday
There was a variety of food which was very nice .
The hotel is not far from naama bay .just 8-10 minutes by taxi .
Also not far from Soho square 15 minutes by car
Almost all sandy beaches have corals in the water everywhere and this not so good for normal swimming

The beach was awesome; most of the staff were lovely and helpful, and a few went out of their way to assist us and make our stay pleasant.
The hotel doesn’t feel like a true 5-star and the restaurants are always overcrowded. One receptionist named Ahmed (young guy with glasses) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and kept wasting our time by pretending to fix problems and disappearing, even during checkout.
