I returned to this hotel for the third time and will definitely return again! Each time, the hotel gets better and better. The food selection is improving and the rooms are being renovated. Wonderful staff (special thanks to the general manager Taher Sabry - a person who truly cares about the guests and the hotel environment), a wonderful new concept for adults only. Really great value for money!
All was great, except for some guests, but it's not the hotel's fault.

When i got the room, the toilet was disgusting! Not clean at all.
The staff at the lobby is good.
But the charge in the dining room are mean,  impulsive and disgusting man! And a few more people from the staff to. The water in the pools like urine hot and smells like …..
