The condominium was really nice and laid out properly starting off with a large balcony very very nice looking at the ocean view from there you could hear it all waves crashing, and soul delightful along with the spacious living room room where the TV you could just program whatever stations you are used to at home large TV kitchen is small but it has all the top of line essentials really great Samsung refrigerator with two different kinds sizes of ice in the freezer bin, which was unbelievable and the large refrigerator very clean along with looking like marble countertops and microwave and really nice some coffee maker backsplash has the glass tile on it. The master bedroom was large enough. I’ve seen smaller along with a bath and shower, which is unbelievable seeing in the bathtub is unusual mostly a place like that would have a shower only so only thing problem there was is that the parking is very tight. It comes with a garage, but you can’t get the car in there. Same thing with the driveway. It’s very tight. Your car will be sticking out, blocking the sidewalk that I guess there’s nothing you could do about that plus it’s not really a handicap accessible cause you have to go up about five or six steps to get to your condominium, but I still rated a five star.

Except for one day of very noisy construction in an adjoining apartment we were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent location, view and amenities.

We stay in San Clemente for Christmas for the past 8 years usually at the same Vacasa. This Apt popped up 2025 so we tried it out. Everything was just right for our needs but the patio and oceanview were a bonus. We rolled in on Christmas Eve through New Year's great gift to us.

Absolutely love this place. Beautiful ocean views. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was super clean and modern design. Love the balcony.
