Our experience was wonderful! Our host Riki went up & beyond any other VRBO stay I’ve experienced. We had anything we may have needed in our stay. I will stay at his location whenever in the area! She deserves an A in my eyes!

Riki is a great host. Met us for check-in and walk us through the apartment. Showed where everything is and had a little welcome gift is cookies, popcorn and lemonade. Easy walk to downtown Del Mar avenue for the shops and restaurants. Little less than half mile walk to the pier and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!

Rikki was an amazing host! Everything was perfect! The deck had comfy furniture and there was even a BBQ (even though I didn't use it, just to know it was there was awesome). Loved the beachy decor in the cottage...so good. And... walking to the San Clemente beach is less than 10 minutes away!!

This little charm was a nice place to stay. The floors were cleaner than anywhere I’ve stayed. The queen bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was really good. Towels and sheets were soft and smelled fresh. Easy walk to beach. There was no ocean view- maybe if it were sunnier I could see it standing in the house through some power lines. Could not hear ocean from the cottage even though the location is so close to the beach. Good communication from Riki. Enjoyed my stay.

Great central location that provides easy access to all parts of San Clemente. Dedicated parking spot. Home was clean and neat. There are about 12 stairs to enter the home - not a problem for us but might be for some. I would stay again.

The weather wasn’t the best, cold & clouds, but it was December! But we had a great Christmas in this lovely house. The town is quite hilly but you can walk just about everywhere: the beach, downtown and even Ralph’s grocery store. The kitchen is well equipped except there was only one large pot. Hard to make pasta to go with spaghetti & meatballs with just one! Also, the couch could be replaced. I would get a larger one as this is the only real sitting space besides the kitchen chairs. Riki is the best! She gets back to you right away. We never got to grill out but there is a great deck with lots of seating. I would go back in the warmer months. A great place though!

Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well.

We totally enjoyed our stay in SC. Riki was a perfect host. Loved being in a neighbourhood, rather than a resort. Felt very safe, close to food, groceries, gas, beach, sunsets, relatives. We had a nice stay at Riki's, who was really welcoming and kind. The check-in was perfect and she made sure to respond quickly. She even had a plumber come in and change the water heater who was making weird noises. The condo is functionnal and well equiped. A little improvement of the cleanliness could be great.

There were many things we enjoyed about our stay, which was a month long as we were here for business. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from the lovely downtown core with restaurants and bakery, 10 minutes to pier area where you could pick up a walking path. Having the garage is important in San Clemente and even if your car is large, you have the space in front of the garage to park. A family could comfortably stay here as the 2 day beds in the living room are very comfortable. One of us slept on one when we were sick. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. We especially appreciated that there were a lot of (matching, thank you) glass wear and dishes so that you did not have to run the dishwasher every day. The decor was beachy and nice, the deck was large and there was a new BBQ (that we did not actually use), and beach gear available. Host very responsive when we needed something.

This tranquil little beach home is a perfect place to get away and escape reality until you're ready to enter back into your normal life! I felt safe staying here solo and had everything I needed to make my stay exactly what my body, mind & soul was needing! Riki the owner felt like a long time friend as she made the arrangements super smooth & comforting. As a prior San Clemente resident I alway love going home and this location was walking distance to the downtown and not a far drive to my favorite beaches. I will defiantly make this place a new part of life if I ever need to even better bring my family with me next time! Thank you Riki for all you do, it is/was appreciated!

(Beach, Del Mar for dining and shopping, and, of course , the beach.) House was very cute and very roomy. Riki keeps it well stocked with all necessary supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable .
