A very pleasant getaway to San Clemente

I loved the room layout and the sturdy furniture. The TV was well-equipped and we got to spend a lot of time catching up. The kitchen is spacious and clean, and the bathroom worked well. The rooms were comfortable and the wall hooks add a great convenience. We brought some of our own kitchen supplies (cutting board, knife, wok, etc) but the stuff they had were decent too. The location is excellent - we rode the trolley one day to the Pier, and walked to the State Park beach the next.

The entrance code is a bit finnicky, I struggled to enter the complete number before it locks and resets. I suspect it is due to batteries, but it ended up taking repeated tries (and waiting in between for the lock to reset) for me to enter. The AC paneling in the windows fell off once. I suspect its almost better to instruct the guests to open windows for a cross breeze than to use the modular AC that is sitting in the living room.

Fun vacation spot for families!

This lovely San Clemente vacation home was perfect for our family! It was clean easy access to the beach, exactly what we were hoping for!

The Keypad did not work -- we could not get in until we called the Property Management company. We also saw an email asking us if we would like a "late check out" (past 10am!), but in the few hours it took to even see the email offer (all other communication from them was via text, which works better when on vacation!), and call the property management company to confirm a "later checkout for a fee" they said we could "no longer check out late", and could not accommodate us.

Lack of kitchen equipment. Only 2 forks and the pans need replacing. Lack of bathroom storage and mirrors in the bedroom would also help a lot.
