About this apartment rental
This home is bright with plenty of windows and an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and den area complete with an eating table that seats six. The counter includes two bar stools and can be used as a work space or eating area. This open and comfortable home has plenty of room and furniture for conversation or watching a large flat screen TV. Each of two bedrooms has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a bunk bed. The large shower and double sink bathroom is a great feature. There are tiled stairs (3-4 steps) with a handrail leading to the 2nd bedroom which may not be safe for young children and people with mobility issues. There is a washer/dryer closet.
There is a private patio with seating and a barbecue outside. An additional table and 4 chairs can be found in an alcove on the side of the house. A garage and driveway are available. Walking to the beach and beach trail is less than 10 minutes and a few minutes away, a short walk to Avenida Del Mar where you will find restaurants and shops.
Lastly, an outside camera is on the premises.

The host Suzy is wonderful! And the place is clean and very roomy, great neighborhood and close restaurants! Wonderful close to Beach highly recommend it!
