We love the condo with the viwe and the pool. Everything what we needed was there. The only negative point is that you hear the people obove very much (very early in the morning). We are glad that they were only some days there.

The view from the large balcony was fantastic and the apartment itself was clean and welcoming. Elaine was very helpful and had left us fresh fruit and the basics ie washing powder, dishwasher tablets, sugar, tea etc. Wonderful stay

The location is superb. A quiet neighborhood with parking provided. It is so quiet at night and so close to the ocean, you can hear the ocean. Great view from the backyard that makes this location one of the best we have stayed in. The owners were fantastic with communication and the amount of items provided for us to use at the beach made this the perfect vacation spot in southern California.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo in San Clemente. The patio is awesome with lots of sitting with views of the ocean and the canyon leading down to the beach park. The walk to the beach down the sideway/stairs is no more than 5 mins. It's a great beach area with access to the beach trail along the coast. The quiet area was great for enjoying the evenings on the patio. Having underground parking spaces was a plus. Definitely rent this place if you want a great beach condo.

The photos on VRBO gave us such anticipation for sea view and peace and quiet and the reality was even better. Lovely owners with great communication before trip and on arrival. The condo was just what we needed and the teenagers loved the pool and hot tub and proximity to the beach where we saw dolphins and a baby whale. Easy walk along the beach track to San Clemente and fabulous food and views at The Fisherman restaurant. We loved it and if we lived closer by we’d definitely be back. Thanks so much for a really relaxing stay.

First of all, our host Eileen was amazing. She was there upon our arrival to greet us and make sure we had a good understanding of the facilities. This was a wonderful, relaxing getaway for our family. The location to the beach...along with all the beach supplies...was outstanding! Reading on the porch in the morning and watching the starts at night brought much relaxing! It was so nice to not have to pack or purchase all the beach supplies. We had a great experience from the start. The property manager is wonderful to work with and very welcoming. The condo is quiet, roomy, and has every little thing you could need. There is a beautiful view from the large deck with beautiful outdoor furniture and a nice walk down to the beach. The garage parking was a plus!

We had a great time here! The condo was clean and well stocked for beach vacactioners. Eileen was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The SC state beach was only about a 5 minute walk away and it was really nice to have the bluff/cliff as a beach backdrop rather than a big line of hotels like you get at other beaches. There's a grocery store that is only a 5 minute drive away and plenty of great restaurants are in the area too. It was super relaxing for our family and I'd highly recommend this to anyone else looking for a place to stay in San Clemente.

Our family of three stayed in this condo in April (Easter week) for a beach vacation to southern California. The location of the condo is great – no development adjacent to the condo patio and great views of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the waves crash after days at the beach or exploring the area. The location of the condo is great to explore Orange County and San Diego. Nearby, there are great restaurants in San Clemente and at the pier. There is only a short 5 minute walk to the beach with no major roads to cross. There is a nice park next door to toss Frisbee or watch the sun set. The condo is very well stocked with all kitchen utensils, grill, and beach toys. The condo has a pool and hot tub but we spent most of our days at the beach. Ocean water was chilly but not too cold for a few dips to cool off. The beach was very clean and was not crowded at all. The condo is very clean and the assigned private parking garage was nice and safe. The fresh grapefruit was a very nice welcoming gift. Eileen was very responsive and answered all questions we had. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit southern California

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 6 days and 5 nights. It turned out to be the perfect place for us to stay. The pictures accurately reflect what the condo looks like. Everything was clean and in working order. We chose not to cook, but we could have easily done so since the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The condo was very comfortable and we felt very safe. A big plus was the reserved parking space in the underground garage! Parking is difficult in this area, but we never had to worry since we knew we had our assigned parking space waiting for us when we returned from our outings! We walked on the beach everyday and there are stairs leading from the small park next door down to the beach. We also enjoyed just sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The grocery store was close by as well as good restaurants and local shops. Our favorite restaurant was The Fisherman Restaurant on the pier. They actually have two restaurants....a casual one that does a great happy hour (M-F), and the other one with a more extensive menu. They seafood is fantastic and their portions are very generous! We recommend going to Dana Point Harbor which is just a few miles north of San Clemente. There are some good restaurants there and you can take whale & dolphin watching boat trips. We spent the better part of the day at Dana Point Harbor.....went on a boat trip and saw LOTS of dolphins and then enjoyed a wonderful meal afterwards. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and were extremely happy with our accommodations. Eileen & Mike, the owners, were very helpful about recommending places to go. They were also very easy to work with on the rental. They had a welcome gift of fresh grapefruit and oranges from their own grove. We certainly enjoyed the fruit with our breakfast every morning!

PERFECT!!!

PERFECT!!!

Our family (husband, myself, 12-year old son & 10-year old daughter) ended our "cross-country" vacation at this condo and it could not have been MORE perfect! First off, we flew from Pittsburgh to Denver, rented a car and drove through 6 states (CO, UT, AR, NM, NV & CA) to get to San Clemente, CA. So after 11 days of hotel hopping, we were happy to be in one place for a solid week of relaxation. We were so happy with this place! Mike & Eileen were waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the property, the parking area (assigned, underground parking was a BIG PERK to this unit) and the pool area. The owners were so nice to work with. They created a great little binder in the hotel with local restaurant menus, brochures for local attractions, phone numbers, maps, info/rules about the condo itself, etc. and we found it helpful the few times we decided to go out for dinner. We went to the grocery store and bought groceries and ate most meals at the condo (the grill was nice to have for lazy evening meals with an ocean view). We didn't really explore the area - we explored enough on our vacation so we were content to just lay on the beach :-) This condo was exactly as the photos showed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and the second bedroom had two double beds (which we wanted for the two kids to share). We were happy we were only a few minutes walk to the beach. That was the jewel of this location - just steps to Calafia Beach. Since we traveled by plane - and were flying home on an airplane - we had to pack light, but this condo had all the beach gear we needed (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys for the kids, boogie boards, etc.) If we ever travel back to this southern California area, we would book this unit again. Perfect Vacation

This condo and ocean view was much more beautiful than the description or any of the photos online. It was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival, we immediately stepped out onto the patio, heard the ocean waves and saw the most spectacular view of bluffs and of the ocean itself. The location was the perfect distance between LA and San Diego which allowed us to spend time enjoying activities in both cities. We were also very near to La Jolla and Laguna and also spent time in Santa Monica Pier and Malibu. The owners were easy to work with and very conscientious. They communicated consistently prior to our trip, then sent an email laying out extra details we needed which made our trek from the airport to the condo easy. They met us at the condo to greet us and to explain everything we needed to know to give us a carefree and restful vacation. The condo was equipped with everything needed such as laundry room, two bathrooms, covered/secured parking with private entry; but the owners also provided beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler, picnic basket, etc. Amazing - they thought of everything! The beach was also absolutely wonderful, but if you want to stay out of the sand for a bit, the condo complex also has an outdoor public pool. I am a runner, and about 100 meters from the patio was the state trail which stretched a little over one mile from the base of the condos to the pier. This provided me with a beautiful path for a morning run along the ocean. Phenomenal views, fantastic location and amazing and thoughtful owners; what more can one ask for? As I said, it was the perfect vacation!

We arrived in January for a two month stay. We were greeted by Eileen and Mike with a basket of goodies to say hello. It is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. Looks like the photos in the VRBO photos. Kitchen is well stocked. Ralphs is only about one mile away so easy to shop. Lovely large patio with views of the ocean. Eileen and Mike were wonderful. They stopped by and delivered a bag of grapefruit and avocados during our stay too. Bed was comfortable. Nice large tv with dvr. Also has wifi. I really appreciated that with my ipad. Would definitely comeback! Thank You for a wonderful 2 months from Seattle weather.

We were met by the charming owners who gave us a tour of the residence and the beautiful surrounding area. They recommended us several restaurants and things to do-but also left a binder with a wealth of information. Their home is so close to the beach, but while we did not go there often, it is so nice to know that it was close by. We were welcomed with fresh grapefruit and it was ever so delicious!! The home is well equipped, very clean and homey. Not far from the highway and the center of town, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay. One can park their car in the secured underground garage without a problem. Very quiet neighborhood-no noise between 10pm and 8am. We would recommend this property without hesitation!

This was the second time we stayed here and we absolutely loved it. Fantastic location and a beautiful condo. Wish we lived closer so we could vacation here every year. Beach is just a short walk down the path. There is a fantastic trail along the beach for running and biking. We ventured to San Diego one day and Legoland another. It is also an easy drive up to Disneyland. Wonderful for anyone who loves the ocean!

We loved our stay in this cozy condo! It was very comfortable and we, especially, loved the canyon and ocean views. It felt very peaceful and serene. We appreciated the beach toys/ chairs/ umbrella that were included. It was great to be able to use the pool and spa. The beach was an easy walk and the big grassy lawn next to the codo was a beautiful place to hang out. We had wonderful weather in September with amazing sunsets. Perfect location for a perfect vacation! We were in town to greet our son's arrival home from Afghanistan and this condo was the perfect setting to make him feel at home. The owners met us upon arrival and were very helpful! The kitchen was fully functional to cook home cooked meals. My husband and I walked the beach everyday or sat by the pool. If I ever get back out to San Clemente, I will make sure I stay here again. Very homey atmosphere, LOVED IT!!! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting San Clemente area

Our family has been renting this property for the last seven years every summer. We've also stayed there in February. All you have to do is bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Everything else is provided. (Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sheets, utensils, bar-b-cue, 2 TV's, VCR's, books, etc.) It's clean comfy, and all the comforts of home. The view from the patio is breath-taking, The owners are accommodating and wonderful. Great restaurants (The Village, The Vine, Tratatorri's, Bitching Burgers, Sonny's pizza, etc.). BEST DEAL IN TOWN!
