This place is bright and airy with a large patio. It was a quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach and less than 8 min to main part of town with shops and restaurants. It was very clean and updated and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Special touches were coffee and creamer for your first morning as well as a bottle of wine. FYI - main bedroom with en-suite is a queen. Other room is the king bed. ( That may have been in the description, but was a strange twist for us. ) and No view of ocean from back patio. We had a late change of plans and the host worked with us to accommodate that. Overall great stay.

Great stay! We rented this property for our visiting family, we live very close, but don't have enough space for everyone. It was perfect! The main living space and patio are very roomy and open. The kitchen is a great space to hang out and prepare a meal together. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, or a short drive to town for shopping or a meal. Kathryn was super quick and patient with me and all my questions, she was accommodating to my requests and made it so easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was decent. The location was good and there were ocean views from the walkways. The kitchen was very nice. The photos make the home look more renovated than it actually is. The workmanship in the bedrooms rooms was NOT good. The “Master” with the bathroom was not functional and was an after thought in a closet. Too much DIY and cut corners.
