Situated on the bluff front in San Clemente, this charming condo overlooks the SC Pier and boasts panoramic ocean views from nearly every room! Whether you’re lounging on the sofa in the living room, enjoying a meal at the dining room table, or soaking up the sun on the large balcony – you won’t be able to resist gazing out at the remarkable ocean view ahead.

With an ocean-facing, fully-equipped kitchen and BBQ on the balcony, you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals while enjoying the scenery in the indoor or outdoor dining areas.

Ocean view was an understatement - You felt part of the water! Privacy. Security. Great neighborhood. We enjoyed walks with our dog every day to the nearby park and beach path. Owner was super responsive within minutes of any questions and emailed often to see how we were doing. Unit was decorated beautifully and stocked with everything to meet our needs. Unforgettable stay and will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent the Christmas & New Year's holiday at this adorable condo perched on the edge of the San Clemente bluffs. With views of the Pacific Ocean, amazing sunsets, surfers, the pier, beach front path, we did not have a single bad day. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with patio, gas bbq, fireplace, heating, a/c, modern appliances & underground parking, had it all. Finally, due to the prime location, the property is very bike/walkable to the nearby shops, restaurants, & bars on Del Mar Ave.

I honestly couldn’t imagine the pictures of the view being accurate, they were not. They were even BETTER!
We had a fabulous time and made many lasting memories. I can still hear the waves and feel the beautiful ocean breeze. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and miles of hiking trails await you.
We will definitely be back!

You cant beat the unbelievable ocean views, I mean you can see Catalina Island! We would sit on the expansive outdoor balcony that has both a large dining/barbecue and a sitting area and watch the dolphins play by day and then the sunsets at night. And inside this lovely condo there were ocean views from almost every room - in the kitchen as we were preparing meals - in the dining-room as we ate them - in the living room sitting by the fire after a fun day at the beach - in the den playing cards - and in the master bedroom suite being lulled by the crashing waves to a delicious slumber! Heaven! California dreaming at it’s best! My family and I are definitely coming back!
