Unforgettable ocean views, spectacular sunsets, 4 minute walks to reach the sand and beach trail which extends to the pier and all of the San Clemente coast. A rare find in SC. This unit sits on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Dana Point and the SC pier, and It has white-water views and the relaxing sound of the waves from the beach directly below. A spacious 2 BR 2 Bath, first floor apartment that has been fully renovated from ceiling to floor, to give you upscale yet a comfortable hotel feel. Nicely appointed with all the furniture, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher and ice maker. There is also central heating and air conditioning and all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay in this laid back and iconic "Spanish Town" beach community. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with a king and queen fully furnished bedrooms and an additional pull out sofa bed. WIFI is optimized, so you can work during your stay, and 3 TV's are provided. Unit has a small private balcony off one bed room and a full view balcony off the living area. 1 parking space in the covered/gated carport, a shared laundry room, plus a nicely furnished community patio with gas BBQ and spectacular ocean views and sunsets.
The nine unit building is located 1/8 mile north of the pier, about halfway between the Pier Bowl area and the Metro Link North Beach train station (By Maripose Ramp and Beach). The train can be caught at North Beach or a short walk by way of San Clemente's beach walking trail to the Pier to catch the train. The train will take you to San Diego or to LA and beyond. You can easily walk to wonderful restaurants at the SC Pier, or catch the free trolley, or walk downtown and stroll Del Mar Avenue. Plus, Dana Point Marina is very close, along with the SC Outlet Mall and movie theaters.
Just steps to 2 great surf spots - walk north 1 block then down the stairs to "204's" and further north is the "Portal" break or head over to the Pier or T Street and world famous Trestles is a little further down the beach. Plus there are several quality golf courses in town that are open to the public, and a gym close by that does not require a membership. You can even swim some laps at the SC Beach Club that is also within walking distance or visit the food court and market across the street. You should also rent bikes, e-bike and/or golf carts to help you get around like the locals. If you are a walker, then this is the place...there are numerous places to walk that will fulfill all types of distance and endurance levels.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat, which was exactly what we needed! The hosts are responsive and truly care about their property. The unit is clean with thoughtful decor. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful view, a calm atmosphere, and an ultimate relaxation experience.

The location is excellent - close to the boardwalk and pier. We walked the beach every day. The unit is comfortable with everything you need. I can’t say enough about the wonderful view. The hosts, James & Dianna, were great. We will be back.
