About this house rental
Built in 2007 sparing no expense and designed for entertaining and comfort this home is located next to Bonito Canyon park with a playground,ocean view baseball field and tennis courts, Boys and girls club. North Beach and the Metrolink are 4 blocks west, San Clemente Outlet Mall is 6 blocks north, the San Clemente pier is about a mile south. Ocean views from every bedroom, bathroom,entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Two fireplaces and plenty of outdoor deck space. There is an outdoor poured in place concrete bar that features a built in BBQ, a gas firepit,solid nickel sink, refrigerator,a wall mounted tv and a spectacular view of Catalina island on clear days. The Master bath features a six foot soaking tub, a steam room shower with fold down seating for two, electric towel warmer, electric skylight and dual sinks. Whole house water filtration with reverse osmosis in kitchen kitchen so no need for bottled water. Built in vacuum, Bosch washer and dryer. Off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway included as long as your vehicles do NOT leak oil.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The location was perfect, the home itself was absolutely beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner, which made our holiday extra special.Host Marc was so kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great week at this unique home.Take time to relax and enjoy the home! The home is located close to the ocean with a few restaurants, sports bars, coffee shop, surf board shops, outlet mall, and Raindow sandal factory store all in few walking blocks.
