About this house rental
This home is an upper unit of a duplex. Inside, the wonderful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings has plenty of space for all your needs. The large Master Bedroom and bathroom are wonderful features with plenty of closet space and a dresser. The second bedroom with closet and dresser is bright and cheery. There is plenty of privacy while you lounge on the spacious deck. An outside eating area on the deck accommodates dining for 6 while the pergola provides shade as you sit on the comfy furniture. Additionally, there is a wrap-around-deck on the side and back of the house with a bistro table and two chairs.To add to the wonderful accommodations is the location which is walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, beach and beach trail. There is a garage and driveway for parking. This home is not available for children under 10 years of age.

This was by far the best stocked VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. All kitchenware, linens, pantry items, etc were there in the unit, very impressive. We were fortunate enough to meet Suzi and Stephen and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them the first week we were there. I would recommend this rental for its excellent access to downtown San Clemente and the walk to the beach/pier is rather easy too; the location is pretty much ideal. We'll be renting this place again (if we can get our reservation in early enough!) and hope to be back in San Clemente very soon.

Suzie and Steve are lovely people who respond immediately to all inquiries. The apartment is light and airy, clean and quiet. We spent much of our time on the expansive front deck. The furnishings are comfortable and the television is enormous. The kitchen was stocked and every need was anticipated and provided...It is four blocks to the pier and a wonderful 2.3 mile beach walk. "Town" with lots of great food is only a block away but doesn't generate any noise. We stayed a month and already made arrangements to return next year.
