Enjoy the casual, laid back atmosphere of San Clemente. One of the last original California surfer towns. Relax and enjoy ocean view from your living room, main bedroom, kitchen or deck. Walk 4 minutes to the ocean and beach trail. Walk 15 minutes to the pier and Amtrak! Walk 8 minutes and you are at the Metrolink, bike rentals, more restaurants and the Ole Hansen Beach Club.
This home offers 2 bedrooms with one king bed and one queen. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor shower and patio. The ping pong table, foosball and beach toys are in the garage. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Cotton bedding, beach towels, 55' smart television and wifi are available. Everything is maintained in new condition. All the amenities for beach fun...umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, wagons, beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen has gas range, refrigerator, microwave/airfryer, garbage disposal and all the necessities.. A gas barbecue is provided on the deck. The living room has a gas fireplace and water view.
