“Giacaranda” is a unique holiday house with direct access to the sea, located on the sand tongue of “Giannella" into the beautiful natural trail zone of Argentario Coast, in the exclusive area of Maremma in southern Tuscany. “Giacaranda” is also a perfect place for daily trips around Tuscany. Going along the sea, about 10km far, you find the towns of Orbetello and Talamone, from which you can discover  the Maremma Natural Parks, so as the characteristic and distinctive Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, both located on the Argentario promontory,(mini-cruises to Islands Giglio, Giannutri and Elba available). The exclusive Ansedonia, known for its long shores, and the fascinating Capalbio, known for its cultural events, can also be reached in a few minutes. Other places nearby worth a visit are the Etruscan Necropolis of Tarquinia or inland zones like Manciano, Pitigliano, Orvieto and obviously the Saturnia Thermal Baths. The wide hall leads to a beautiful terrace where you can eat enjoying a beautiful view on the sea and from where you can admire the magnificent sunsets. Outside the house is surrounded by a lush garden with an outdoor shower, a dining table, a barbecue and sun loungers on which to sunbath on the private beach, before crossing the gate and dive into the sea.
