The location is beautiful!
The apartment was very nice, but not big enough for 5 people. Breakfast could be better (e.g. eggs were cold). We had dinner in the restaurant. It was quite expensive, but not that tasty and plentiful.

Very nice place, quiet and peaceful. Comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing and taking a break. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and it’s great value for money. We used the spa too, it's small but there is everything you need to relax. Rooms are big and provided with everything. The place is well kept and provided with a nice pool and garden, definitely more enjoyable during the summer. Breakfast is excellent, with a good variety of sweet and savoury.
The only minor thing was with the daily cleaning: although our room was cleaned, the empty water and wine bottles weren’t removed, and the mugs we used for tea weren’t replaced; they were left with the used tea bags still inside. I'm not sure why, but otherwise, everything was lovely.
The rooms are meant to be soundproof but we could hear the tv from next door, so I don't think they are.

The outside area was really big and nice. A pleasure to walk around. The location is near Grosseto which is also a beautifull city to visit.
In one week they never cleaned the room (they only changed the towels and made the bed)
There were ants in the kitchenette and it was raining in the hall.
The playground for the kids was not like in the pictures, basically there was not a playground, it was just a swing.
