A stunning resort! It had everything. The decor was beautiful, the pool was brilliant and the food was superb! We toured Italy in 2 weeks and this was head and shoulders the best place we stayed - the breakfast was top tier!
The only set back was dinner. We felt it was a little expensive and one of the waiters on the night made a few faux pas. But this is a very minor issue

County location, although we thought it would be vineyards rather than olive trees. Not a problem, just surprised. The grounds were lovely and so was the weather.
Breakfast was especially yummy - including squeezing our own orange juice. Great serving staff for dinner.
Our very dark room with the upstairs bedroom. Puzzling to understand the reason for making the room 2 floors. Hard to get our suitcases upstairs, so we left them downstairs. Not very convenient. Also, the TV was under the stairs and was not facing the "couch." Strange room.

The location is beautiful!
The apartment was very nice, but not big enough for 5 people. Breakfast could be better (e.g. eggs were cold). We had dinner in the restaurant. It was quite expensive, but not that tasty and plentiful.

The outside area was really big and nice. A pleasure to walk around. The location is near Grosseto which is also a beautifull city to visit.
In one week they never cleaned the room (they only changed the towels and made the bed)
There were ants in the kitchenette and it was raining in the hall.
The playground for the kids was not like in the pictures, basically there was not a playground, it was just a swing.
