The gardens and location . Perfect family setting . Breakfast was good . Very pretty surroundings . Also , we had left behind one of our bags and they were very nice in coordinating the pick up of bag by baggage service .
The standard family room on the ground floor is mentioned for 3 adults . But it was small in size .

Amazing location and history, with spacious and comfortable rooms, great staff, very kind and helpful providing assistance always with a big smile.
Pool needs works, pool furniture and infrastructure is falling apart and needs full replacement, I visited rooms which had serious mold problems. Breakfast has some great features like melon and local delicious cakes, but overall is not great and requires some culinary advice to please the majority of guests.

La struttura è un'autentica oasi di pace. Il contesto invoglia al rilassarsi e a godersi il silenzio e il canto delle cicale. La signora Maria è sempre cordiale e disponibile. Il ristorante Re Sugo è una ottima soluzione per le sere in cui si desidera muoversi a piedi.
Purtroppo alcuni servizi presenti nel sito non erano disponibili. Quando la struttura è full, non sempre erano disponibili i lettini più comodi a bordo piscina.

A/c worked well, and the beds were comfy.
Many living creatures in the swimming pool, and the fear of mice in the rooms. The walkways do not allow suitcases to be pulled, as they are loose stone paths, which means you have to carry your cases a long way to your accommodation from the car park. Total darkness from the car park to your room after midnight, and unable to approach your room at this time without being soaked by the irrigation systems!
