About this house rental
This pet-friendly holiday home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Ideal for large families, it has a private swimming pool and barbecue to have a gala time._x000D_ _x000D_ 'Dezi' is part of a beautiful villa and was part of a kind of hospital between 1200 and 1300. One of the first European examples of hospitals. _x000D_ _x000D_ Then it became a kind of restaurant, an osteria, for the pilgrims who came over the Via Francigena and stayed to eat here. In the year 2000, the building became an agriturismo. The villa has been completely renovated and is located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia near the town of Pienza. Its central location makes it easy to explore the area and visit several art cities. The villa combines a rustic exterior with a charming decoration, warm colours, and some antique furniture. You can enjoy the Tuscan countryside in the spacious garden and by the private pool. _x000D_ _x000D_ The villa is divided into two flats. Flat Dezi has a private garden and private pool and is completely separated from the other flat. Your privacy is therefore guaranteed. The Val d'Orcia consists of rolling hills with old farms and cosy villages. The fields consist of all kinds of colours._x000D_ _x000D_ The villa is semi-detached and there is a double bedroom on the ground floor with external access to the first floor where the rest of the house is located. _x000D_ _x000D_

We only stayed one night during our travels through Tuscany, but wish we had a lot more time. The location has a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of bed space, and individual showers. This would be a great base location for travels to Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Sorano.

Prachtig huisje. Mooi gelegen. Kort bij Pienza montepulciano en Montalcino . Soms wel wat nieuwschierigen aan het privé zwembad... vriendelijke en service gerichte dame, eke dag aanwezig in de ochtend voor onderhoud zwembad. Rustig en rustiek !

Hot and warm 😀 feels like home. Many people are curious and ask if they can stay their... they think it’s an hotel... maybe an sign ‘booked’ or ‘full’ could bring some relief... very friendly people as hosts... lovely rooms, nice house, no airco but propellers on the ceilings cool 😀. I would suggest to add a good kitchen knife , like a Demi-Chef... everything else is there... we will return , the only question is ‘when’? Also nice garden... and panoramic views.. ex: on Pienza...

Alles perfect voorbereid na heel aangename en correcte mailcorrespondentie vooraf. Gastvrouw Vanessa en alle medewerkers toonbeeld van vriendelijkheid en professionalisme. Accommodatie: mede door kleine details vergelijkbaar met premium hotels. Omgeving: iedereen weet dat de Val d'Orcia het mooiste plekje van Italië is.
