Sehr freundliches Check-in mit vielen Informationen. Auch Unterstützung bei einem medizinischen Problem.
Sehr gut gelegen zur Stadt Grosseto.
Anschluss Autostrada in alle Richtungen.
Es ist ruhig (wenn keine Landwirtschaft rundherum betrieben wird, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts).
Schöner Pool, gepflegt und ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Das Apartement (114) ist gross und hat einen überdachten Sitzplatz.
Nach 3 Tagen einen Berg frische Handtücher erhalten, neue Tischwäsche und WC Papier, top Service.
Die Haupttüre beim Eingang zum Apartment sollte dringend einen Fliege und Mückenschutz bieten. Es hat in der Ebene der Terra immer viele Mücken, das kennen wir bereits. Coil und Stecker helfen.
Küche ist gut bestückt, es hatte aber keine Abwaschtücher/Bürste/Schwamm wie ausgeschrieben.

Ho trovato una struttura pulita. Si trova in mezzo al verde. Hanno 3 strutture e tutte e 3 hanno la piscina. Arredi nuovi. Staff molto gentile. Ci hanno dato l'uso piscina anche dopo check out per scusarsi degli inconvenienti che ho segnalato: sono stati molto gentili
Purtroppo dovrebbero fare manutenzione, ho trovato odore poco gradevole di muffa, e muri con fioritura muffa, infiltrazioni. Io e mio figlio siamo allergici, la notte sono stata male. Consiglio anche zanzariere in tutte le finestre. Vero che siamo nel verde, ma ho trovato troppi insetti che giravano per casa. Ci sono troppe zanzare, anche di giorno. Consiglio alla Direzione anche di investire in qualche dettaglio: far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo. Sale, zucchero, 1 rotolo di scottex, hanno costi minimi ma fanno capire al cliente che si e' coccolati. Anche il caffe' sarebbe ben accetto.
