About this house rental
The holiday home "Assiolo" in Magliano in Toscana is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a hill view. The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The "Talamone" bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine, air conditioning in the hall as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available for a fee.
The accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue (available if the regional ordinance allows it.) and a playground.
The surrounding area offers a picturesque landscape, health resorts, biological and archaeological parks as well as culinary and wine routes. Further recommendations include the thermal baths of Saturnia, the Uccellina Park, Grosseto, tourist boat trips from Talamone and Monte Argentario to Giglio Island, horse riding tours in Alberese and Castiglione della Pescaia. In addition, the property is only a short drive from the sea and public transport links are located within walking distance.

very peaceful location with nothing but nature's sounds.
lovely little town in the middle of the vineyards.
WIFI is not that strong but maybe that's a bonus to the peacefulness :)
clean house with all the kitchen amenities. very communicative owner.
great restaurant next to the church on the way up to the house. make sure to have a meal at this great family restaurant that specializes in meats.

Pros: The house has a terrace with breathtaking view of the surrounding secluded landscape, lots of space inside and a beautifully kept garden for exklusive use. The owner Domenico is very welcoming and a superb host.
Besides from occasional agricultural machine sounds there is lots of silence, bird and insect songs.
Cons: We should have had more time to stay.
