Miła i przyjazna obsługa, pomoc nie tylko w zakresie pobytu, bezproblemowy kontakt z obiektem, mozliwość przyjazdu o praktycznie każdej porze, smaczne śniadania, czyste i przestronne pokoje, spokojna i malownicza okolica, dobra baza wypadowa do zwedzania Toskanii.
Do otwerania bramy mógłby być pilot, a nie kluczyk.

Lokalita, neskutečně moc hmyzu, což je dáno tím, že je to nějaká farma.
U bazénu jsou lehátka, ale neni tam možnost stínu, bazén byl strašně teplý
Snídaně katastrofální, z pečiva jen toustový chléb a pak sladké, výběr žalostný, takže i když jsme měli zaplacené snídaně, tak jsme tam nechodili
Odpadky z apartmánu, museli jsme je někam vozit, ale to bylo za peníze.
