Superb furnished flat for 4 people Superb 2-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a Calais house Close to the town centre and shops Located in the dynamic Fontinettes district, 150 m from Les Fontinettes station and a VEL'IN station (city bike hire) Free parking in front of the flat. Close to the theatre and town centre (10 minutes' walk). bakery and butcher's next door. beach 2 km away.
The 41m² (25m2 living area) is well laid out with plenty of storage space. The flat has an east/west aspect and enjoys continuous sunlight from morning to evening. Renovation work has recently been carried out. You will enjoy : - a large main room with kitchen area, dining area and relaxation area. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge - microwave - dishwasher - ceramic hob, etc.) is perfect for preparing your meals. You'll also have a coffee maker and kettle, as well as coffee and tea. - A mezzanine bedroom with velux window overlooking the rear courtyard. This room is furnished with a double bed and comfortable bedding. - A room with a large window overlooking the courtyard. You can enjoy a wide-screen TV on the sofa bed or connect to your laptop on the desk in the room. You can also read a book in the library. If required, the sofa bed can sleep up to 02 people. - A bathroom with shower. To enable you to settle in quickly, the beds will be made and bed linen provided. All you have to do is put down your suitcases. Of course, you will have the essential internet access.
