About this apartment rental

From 4 to 6 travellers, in the heart of the city, beautiful 63 m² flat on the 2nd floor, decorated with care. Two independent bedrooms, a large, beautifully decorated living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a very spacious bathroom and a room dedicated to a 2-seater sauna. Wifi, bed linen and towels included.
Opposite Parc Saint Pierre, 300 m from Calais-Ville station and the Calais Belfry. Beach and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. You'll love its comfort and facilities. Ideal starting point for a fitness, seaside or gastronomic break. Free parking in the street.

The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with air conditioning, a double sofa bed, a large TV and a dining area for 4 to 6 people.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob with extractor fan, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with dedicated workspace (small secretary and screen)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200)
- Bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC
- A small separate room with sauna

For even more comfort, the owners offer the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and on request for babies: cot, high chair and baby bath.

Description of the area:
Located opposite the entrance to the magnificent Parc Saint-Pierre, 3 minutes' walk from the station, bakery, Alhambra cinema, Town Hall, Tourist Office, bicycle station, shops and restaurants. A very quiet, central neighbourhood with plenty of residential parking. You'll find plenty of shops in the neighbourhood (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bar-tobac, banks, pharmacy, etc.). Located close to the town's activities and in front of the Parc Saint-Pierre, you'll appreciate the central location of the property. You'll be just a few minutes from the magnificent Calais beach and its entertainment (Le Dragon, seaside activities, Skate Park...).

Getting around:
4 minutes from Place d'Armes and 8 minutes by bike from the beach. The beach is 2 km away. The marina is 1.5 km away. Place d'Armes 1 km away.
A variety of transport options are available close to the property:
- The station (300 metres) - taxi ( next to the station 300 metres) - bus (station in front of the station), for information the bus is free in Calais!
- Self-service bike hire (1st hour free) 300 metres away (allowing you to reach the beach, centre and coastline in just a few minutes).
- By car, free parking in front of the building, along the park.
Electric recharging point less than 1 minute away in the Hôtel de Ville car park.

Other remarks:
