The flat is located a few metres from Cavoli beach, one of the island's best-known classic beaches, which combines more than 300 metres of sandy arch with the presence of large rocks, in a sheltered position open only to south-westerly currents, allowing bathing even out of season. The water is particularly transparent. Its name derives from 'cavili', i.e. the already squared blocks of granite that were once extracted from the quarries in the area.With easy access, the bottom is made up of coarse-grained white granite sand and, in some places, smooth rocks.
