Situated near the beautiful Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage city of art, the villa is an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends seeking tranquillity, culture and beauty. With its large furnished portico, the large enclosed garden and the elegant swimming pool surrounded by hedges and trees, the property offers well-kept and private spaces, also perfect for those travelling with pets. The cosy interiors, with exposed wooden beams, stone fireplaces and handcrafted furnishings, evoke the warm atmosphere of country homes, offering guests an authentic stay in the heart of the Marche region. The villa is on two levels and offers spacious and functional rooms, furnished with rustic taste and equipped with all comforts. The large outdoor space and the independence of the family suite make this residence particularly versatile for privacy and relaxation. INTERIOR The house is on two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV lounge with second fireplace, laundry room, service bathroom.
