The flat consists of half a farmhouse with independent entrance, large garden and private square in front with sun umbrella, table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside. Spread over two floors, living area and sleeping/relaxation area, it is completely surrounded by greenery and immersed in the nature of the green and silent Candigliano valley, one of the most beautiful and wild valleys of the Pesaro hinterland, with its mild and temperate climate, from which you can enjoy a unique and enchanting panorama of the Umbria-Marches Apennines. A swimming pool wonderfully set in the landscape where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. On the border with Umbria and Tuscany, 6 km from the village of Piobbico where you can find all the services and a few km from the surrounding villages rich in history with castles and museums, the home of mushrooms and truffles, and from some of the most beautiful Italian cities of art such as Urbino, a Unesco heritage site, Gradara, San Leo, Gubbio, Assisi and many others. The numerous surrounding villages, rich in history with their castles and museums, as well as truffle and mushroom patriae with their numerous food and wine festivals (Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Urbania, Apecchio, Piobbico) are just a few minutes' drive away. 25 km. from the Renaissance city of Urbino, a Unesco heritage site. 55 km. from the sea, Fano-Costa Adriatica, with its numerous free beaches, also for animals, and bathing establishments with a restaurant on the beach. 1 hour from Ancona with the marvellous Frasassi Caves and the enchanting, uncontaminated sea of the Conero with its marvellous cliffs and inlets. 1 hour from the Romagna coast to visit Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica and the numerous water parks (Acquafan, Acquario di Cattolica, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Imax, etc.).2 hours from San Marino, considered the oldest republic in the world and famous throughout the world for its natural and artistic beauty with its nine castles, monuments and museums.
