Great place to stay to explore Umbria and the southern part of Tuscany.

The 'room' was in fact a studio with kitchen/living room, separate large bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is provided in a large basket containing everything you need and more. The view on Gubbio is magnificent. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Gubbio

La cortesia e la generosità dei proprietari Donatella e Pierangelo ha fatto davvero la differenza: sono persone disponibili e accoglienti, con cui è stato un vero piacere chiacchierare. Molto simpatici anche i loro amici a quattro zampe: il vivace Pillo e la splendida Mia. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un cesto per la colazione molto abbondante e gradito. La posizione è straordinaria: immersa nel verde degli ulivi, ma soli 5 minuti di auto da Gubbio, con una vista eccezionale sull’Albero di Natale più grande del mondo! La struttura è un antico casale, molto affascinante, dotato anche di piscina estiva. L’appartamento “La Stalla” è molto grande e spazioso, ideale per una famiglia, pulito, ordinato e ben attrezzato, con cucina completa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Weihnachtsbaum und man ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Die Gastgeber super nett auch die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Il borgo d' altri tempi

Ormai sono anni che passiamo qualche fine settimana li con mia moglie, quindi già questo dice tutto. Il proprietario è molto gentile e non invadente, la struttura è molto confortevole. Consiglio di provare per credere, ed inoltre è a due passi da Gubbio ma allo stesso tempo in un contesto tranquillo.

Fonte Chiara è veramente un posto in cui puoi rilassarti al 100%. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e abbiamo trovato persone di cuore che ci hanno fatto trovare anche un cestino per la colazione con cose buonissime. La camera era bellissima, caldissima e una vista spettacolare con tutte le montagne che circondano la struttura. La posizione è ottima, si trova a solo 10 minuti di auto da Gubbio. Noi siamo stati benissimo e puntiamo a tornare per qualche giorno di relax lontani dalla vita caotica di Roma.

Alles war wunderschoen, die Wohnung war Komforrabel, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf die Natur und die Stadt Gubbio war fantastisch und die Familie war unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war perfekt…. Wir koennen Finte Chiara nur weiterempfehlen!!! Danke!

Fantastiskt boende med vacker utsikt.

Ett fantastiskt läge med utsikt över den vackra staden Gubbio. En av de finaste städer jag besökt. Lägenheten var jättefin, rymlig och bra. Fina rum, sköna sängar och två badrum. Poolområdet var otroligt skönt och låg lite avsides där det var lugnt. Värdarna hjälpte till när det behövdes. Fonte Chiara rekommenderar starkt.

Ingen AC, men det gjorde inget då rummen var svala ändå trots värmen.
