Outside terrace under the vine for eating
Closeness to shops and Gubbio but in a tranquil and countryside location
This is not a property for anyone who finds stairs a problem! Kitchen on first floor and bedrooms on second. There is a terrace for eating near to kitchen but we were too numerous to eat there and preferred to use the terrace under the vines.
Bedrooms needed fans and bathrooms very tiny. Rubbish bins inadequate
No WiFi but owner will fix for next year.

Unico appunto la casa ha 7 camere di cui una non utilizzabile su richiesta dell'host quindi avendo bisogno della settima camera ci sono state aperte due camere al piano terra probabilmente non utilizzate per tutto l'inverno quindi chi vi ha dormito ha lamentato un forte odore di muffa, tanta umidità e tanti insetti. Avremmo preferito stare tutti insieme.

Barbecue piccolo e instabile. Cariola più efficace del barbecue. Piscina da rivedere. Bordi instabili e fondale basso
