La struttura si erge su una collina dove si può ammirare la vista su Gubbio, soprattutto durante il periodo Natalizio si può ammirare il famoso albero illuminato sulla collina. Stanza spaziosa e colazione ricca e buona, staff molto cordiale e disponibile.
All'interno dell'alloggio migliorerei la stanza del bagno, poichè datato. Manca il bidet al suo interno e la doccia è un poco arrangiata e posizionata al centro rendendo il passaggio poco comodo.
Lo spazio è molto quindi non si fatica a riposizionare tutto in maniera coerente, compreso rimediare all'assenza del bidet.

La posizione è stupenda. Immersa nella natura dove è stato piacevole rifugiarsi dopo il bagno di folla presente a Gubbio in questi giorni.
La vista sulla città e sull albero di Natale più grande al mondo mozzafiato.

Wonderful place with a great view. Pool area is beautiful and it’s quiet, when there aren’t arrangements or parties for the owners.
Feels more like a hotel and/or an investment than an actual agriturismo. We booked a place with a restaurant, but it wasn’t open. And there were days where the place was filled with outside guests, just using the pool - and days where we were the only ones there. It feels like a place that is trying to be several things, but not really succeeding in any real way. The people are nice, but doesn’t live or stay at the location. A somewhat flat ambience and some weird arrangements for outside coming guests.
