House located on the hills of Rimini, just 15 km. from the beaches of the Romagnola riviera, to the center of routes dedicated to Bikers, with challenging and suggestive destinations, immersed in the green hills of Montefeltro and Romagna.
The house has 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a private kitchen, a dining room and a spacious lounge where you can share your convivial moments. The house has a large terrace, private garden and veranda. In the park of the olive trees of the house is located the large private pool, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds to enjoy the sun of Romagna.
From our house, in a few minutes you can reach the most famous places of interest, the city of Urbino, the Republic of San Marino, the equestrian center "Riviera Horses", the golf course "Riviera Golf", the amusement parks "Aquafan", " Oltremare ", as well as the very famous" Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli "racetrack.
The town of Mondaino will make you relive the times and places of the Middle Ages, the Rocca, the Piazza and all the streets of the village that in the week of August will give life to one of the most famous and well known festivals, "Il Palio del Daino"
You can also attend the "Fossa cheese" in Mondaino.

We have spent a wonderful Family week in the Villa Mery. The house is big and well equipped and the pool is an great advantage.

Una villa ideale per una vacanza tra amici. Ogni camera da letto ha un proprio bagno con doccia, recentemente ristrutturati. Bello il rustico con angolo relax e camino per condividere momenti insieme. All'esterno veranda coperta attrezzata anch'essa per mangiare e cucinare con un barbecue. Un po' impervia la stradina che porta alla piscina, molto bella e ben tenuta. Vano esterno adibito a lavanderia molto funzionale. Piccola la cucina che però ha una veranda attrezzata all'esterno. Cordialissima l'accoglienza del sig. Andrea disponibile per ogni esigenza organizzativa.

Un super séjour entre amis , venu pour le GP moto de Misano. Très belle maison immense , d'une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire est très gentil . Nous avons apprécier la piscine, les 6 chambres avec salle de bain et toilette, très spacieuses. Nous étions 10 personnes et il y avait largement pour être 15 . Je recommande vivement cette location, j'y retournerai très certainement

La maison d’Andrea correspond en tout point aux photos ce qui n’est pas si souvent le cas !
Elle est très bien équipée et très agréable.
Toutes les commodité immédiates peuvent se faire à pieds, la vieille ville charmante et ses quelques commerces vous permettent d’oublier votre voiture si vous le souhaitez!
À Mondaino, c’est le calme et le charme et vous avez les plages à 30 min en voiture si elles vous manquent trop ainsi que des villes comme Urbino à visiter si la mer ne vous intéresse pas !
Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable entre amis et avec nos enfants !
Andrea est très charmant et attentionné
