The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. The spacious property is fully fenced. Here is enough space for parking, for all kinds of ball games and here is of course the pool area, with deck chairs. From everywhere you have a unique panoramic view of the opposite Monte Nerone (1525m) . Hiking trails invite you to trek and bike from here and lead you into the impressive landscape, marked by vast forests, rugged slopes and cool torrents. Visit Urbino and Città di Castello (35 km each) and conquer for yourself the small nice towns of the area, where you can taste everywhere the local specialties, as there are: Truffle dishes of all kinds, very special beers, game dishes and delicious cheeses. For a change a day at the Adriatic Sea? Pesaro and Fano are 65 km away.
